Terms of Service
These are the terms behind every SiteSprint project. They're written in plain English on purpose — if anything here is unclear, ask before we start: maxwell.nm.fry@gmail.com.
1. Who you're working with
SiteSprint is a service of EdgeFinders, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, operated by Max Fry in Roswell, Georgia.
2. The offer
- One professional one-page website: $350 flat. No hidden fees, no monthly bill required.
- $175 deposit to start; the $175 balance is due only after you've seen your finished site and approved it.
- Payment by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Your receipt/invoice comes from EdgeFinders, LLC.
3. The 48-hour clock
The 48 hours start when both of these have happened: your deposit is received, and you've sent your business details (name, what you do, hours, services or menu with prices, photos if you have them, phone, and address). If content arrives in pieces, the clock starts when the last essential piece lands.
4. What's included
- One page with your hours, services or menu, photos, an embedded map, and a tap-to-call button
- Built mobile-first — most of your customers are on phones
- Basic SEO so people searching nearby can find you
- One round of revisions after you see the first version
- Help registering your domain in your own name (about $12/yr, paid to the registrar, at cost — you own it, always)
Not included at the flat price: online stores, booking systems built from scratch (linking your existing one is included), multi-page sites, logo design, or copywriting beyond editing what you give me. Any of that can be quoted separately.
The guarantee, precisely: if you don't approve the finished site, you don't pay the balance and the site isn't delivered — we part ways, no hard feelings. The deposit covers the build work already performed and isn't refunded once work has started. Delivery of the final files happens when the balance is paid.
5. Your content
You confirm that the text, photos, logos, menus, and anything else you send me are yours to use (or you have permission to use them). I won't knowingly publish content that infringes someone else's rights, and you agree to be responsible for the materials you provide.
6. Ownership
Once the balance is paid, the website files are 100% yours. Your domain is registered under your own account from day one, so you're never locked in — to me or anyone else.
7. Care plan (optional)
$30/month covers hosting, content edits (turned around within 48 hours), and a monthly backup. Month-to-month, cancel anytime by email, no cancellation fee. Skip it and there's no ongoing cost — you'll just handle hosting and edits yourself.
8. The boring-but-necessary part
- After delivery (or care-plan cancellation), the site is provided as-is; I'm not liable for changes you or third parties make to it, or for outages of third-party services (hosting, registrars, embedded maps).
- EdgeFinders, LLC's total liability for any claim related to a project is capped at the amount you actually paid for that project. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
- If we agree to different terms in writing for your project, that writing wins over this page.
